My favorite memory concerning SFX (among lots of memorable happenings) happened when our Parish took a group of singers and friends to Israel.  Father Stenzel was our pastor at that time.  For me it was the most memorable trip I have ever made from a spiritual point of view, beating out Rome by a mile.  The weather was nice.  I had the pleasure of sitting across from Father at a picnic table on the edge of The Sea of Galilee while we ate Peter's Fish (I don't believe we ever found out another name for the species of fish!)
