Mrs. Carr received a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education Education from Chicago State University, a Master’s Degree in Multicultural Special Education and a second Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Governors State University.  Mrs. Carr has taught general education and special education classes in every grade level from Kindergarten through Grade Eight. She has been an Assistant Principal, Principal, Early Childhood Program Director, and Special Education Program Supervisor.  Mrs. Carr enjoys spending time with her family, loves animals, appreciates being outside in nature, and is an avid reader.
