Mrs. Walls

I received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Loyola University Chicago, and a master's degree with a focus on integrating technology into instruction from Dominican University. I came to SFX in 2013 and currently teach 6th grade. During my time here, I have also taught 3rd grade and have served as the curriculum coordinator by providing curriculum support to the faculty. Prior to teaching at SFX, I taught 4th grade at Immaculate Conception/St. Joseph School in Chicago. 

I love being a part of the SFX community and am a strong support of Catholic Education. Growing up, I have been a student in the Archdiocese of Chicago’s schools since pre-school, including Divine Infant and Fenwick. 

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, singing karaoke, scrapbooking, and reading. I also love all things related to Disney! My favorite quote is: “Give a man a fish, and you have fed him for the day. Teach a man to fish, and you have fed him for a lifetime!"
