Support Us
Fundraising is an integral piece of the overall budget. Revenue generated from collected tuition fees and the parish subsidy do not cover all operating expenses. There will be different programs and events running throughout the year affording families the opportunity to help support St. Francis Xavier School. Our biggest fundraiser, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to SFX, is We Thrive. Our goal is 100% participation!
Please help close the gap between tuition charged and the cost to educate the children at St. Francis Xavier School.
One of the main priorities of St. Francis Xavier is to allow any family that wishes to educate their child within our halls the opportunity to do so. In reality, the cost of educating a child at a Catholic school comes at a cost and often with financial sacrifice for many families. Keeping tuition at a viable level, which allows families to send us their children, is a must. In turn, a gap is created between revenue collected from tuition and the actual costs of educating our children.
We Thrive is a fund that has a 100% return rate to SFX.
Families can choose to support this fund in a variety of ways: electronic fund transfer; credit card; or check. You may also initiate matching donations – we hope every family investigates this option!
Please consider establishing an automatic monthly payment as a quick and easy way to donate to We Thrive. For example, if you arrange to have $100 withdrawn from your account each month beginning in September and ending in June – will have donated $1,000 in a ‘painless’ way!

This annual event generates approximately $20,000 in revenue each year and is run by a small group of dedicated volunteers. Even if you do not golf, there are a few different ways to help support this great event via various forms of sponsorship and raffle tickets. Adults who aren’t able to golf during the day are invited to attend a dinner that evening. This is an incredibly fun event run off-site that raises money for the school!

This great event serves as a fundraiser and as a shopping opportunity! Anderson Books has a wide variety of items, in addition to books, available for sale. One special touch at this event is the teacher wish list: a list of books teachers are “wishing” to receive as classroom gifts which families can purchase and gift to the classrooms. The Book Fair is also a great event where families can stock up on holiday gifts!

SFX partners with local restaurants to hold events throughout the year to raise funds for our school. Restaurants differ in percentages they will share, but each event nets proceeds for SFX. It’s a delicious, easy way to not only support our school but also our local community!
WHEN: Events will be held throughout the school year.

The program was such a huge success that it soon launched on other General Mills products and expanded across the nation. The program now includes brands such as Pillsbury™, Old El Paso™, Green Giant™, and non-food brands such as Ziploc®, Hefty®, Kleenex® and Scott® products and more!
