Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe first time your child receives Eucharist is a time of great joy for your family and for us here at St. Francis Xavier Parish.
Two years of preparation is required to receive the sacrament of Eucharist. This sacrament normally is received in the 2nd grade, but we will work with families of older children that come through our program also.
Families are required to attend 3 Parent/Child Prep-Liturgies in preparation for the Sacrament of Eucharist. At the 3rd Prep-Liturgy students will receive their 1st Reconciliation.

1st Prep Liturgy: Sunday, January 12, 2025 1PM - 2PM
2nd Prep Liturgy: Sunday, February 2, 2025 1PM - 2PM
3rd Prep Liturgy and 1st Reconciliation: Sunday, March 9, 2025 1PM - 2:30PM
Rosary Making: TBD
First Communion Rehearsal: Wednesday, April 30, 2025 Times: 5PM & 6PM (Times Tentative)
First Communion Masses: Saturday, May 3, 2025 Times: 11AM MASS & 2PM MASS (Times Tentative)
